Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and includes a one-time grant of credits. There is nothing to refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and your credits until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are unhappy, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, as long as you have used fewer than 25% of the credits granted.
• Renewals: contact us within 48 hours of an unwanted renewal and we will refund it if you have not used the credits.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges: always refunded.
• Used credits: credits already spent on research are not refundable, because the third-party costs have been incurred. Results that are inaccurate do not by themselves qualify, since accuracy is not guaranteed (see the Terms).

How to ask

Email hello@takshalabs.in from your account email with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Plan changes

Upgrading grants the credit difference straight away. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
