Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Takshalabs ("we", "us") for your use of Vendora. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Vendora is an AI research tool that finds companies, public contact details and work emails and reports a verification status. Results come from public sources and automated models. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and we do not guarantee that any email address exists, is deliverable, or belongs to the person shown. Check results before relying on them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. Tell us at hello@takshalabs.in if you suspect misuse.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam or unlawful marketing, or contact people in breach of applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL, India's IT and DPDP rules and similar);
- harass, deceive or defraud anyone, or collect data about private individuals outside a legitimate business purpose;
- attempt to bypass credits, rate limits or access controls, scrape the service, or resell access without permission;
- probe or attack the service, or upload malware or unlawful content;
- use the output to make decisions about employment, credit, housing or similar legally significant matters about individuals.
You are the sender and responsible for your own outreach, including honouring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests. We may remove data or suspend accounts that breach these terms or after a valid removal request.
Credits, plans and payment
Usage is charged in credits (1 credit equals one cent of the provider cost of the work). Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; unused credits roll over while your subscription is active. Prices are shown before checkout and payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Taxes may apply. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and of your lead lists. You give us a limited licence to process them to run the service. You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers (search, AI models, email verification, hosting). Their outages or policy changes can affect results, and we may change providers.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is", without uptime guarantees. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or damage caused by how you use the data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
